We worked with Marc Banning to buy our townhome and sell our family home. He worked very hard and was our fierce advocate on both transactions. This advice, creativity and negotiation saved us money on our buy and netted us a significant amount on our sell. And his and his team guided us to be ready for pictures and showings - guidance that truly made our (former) home shine.
And his communication, verbal, by text and in person, so important especially when time is of the essence, was outstanding. He stayed on top of the transactions at all times, pushing the counterparts and attorneys when necessary. I've heard people wonder if having a realtor is "worth it". Marc definitely earned his commissions on both transactions. We can't recommend Marc highly enough.

Marc and Laura helped my family and I find our new home! Marc also set me up with a bank that helped us get our mortgage. We looked at several houses until we found the one. There was no rush and they had great info to share about each property. That was 6 years ago. They still send us neighborhood information and Marc helped us find a roofer when we needed one. I know that if we decide to move that they are only a phone call away!

Our experience with Laura as our agent was beyond pleasant and enjoyable. Laura was responsive to requests, always available when needed, and super knowledgeable about the home buying process. She was very honest when it came to pointing out any potential problems with a home, noting things that would need fixing if purchased, and advising if a certain property was a good investment/fairly priced. She truly cares about helping her clients find the best fit. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to postpone the home buying process and Laura was incredibly understanding, still willing to offer her guidance if needed. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Laura is a fantastic agent and person. I could not recommend her enough!

We can’t thank Mark enough!
It took three years to finally get our home. We started with a different agent from a different company. We were very dissatisfied and went with Mark Banning through KW. To make a long story short, if Mark had been our agent from the beginning, we would have found our home in a matter of months. He gave us information the other agent never mentioned. When we checked a house out, Mark went over every inch of the house. He checked for anything that might have been a potential problem. He’s the only agent we saw who came in with a flashlight and looked at things no other agent even considered, such as mold, cracks, water damage etc. Other agents simply walked around the house with their client reciting the information sheet. We can’t thank Mark enough. He hung in there with us in a very difficult process. We had a limited budget, he but treated us as though we were his number one client. If you need an agent, he’s the one to call!
